Are there cancellation fees? +
Cancelling before the rental starts is free. After it starts, simply return the gear — you won't be charged for the remaining period.
What is the fee for extending? +
Extensions can be requested from your account. The additional rental fee is charged for the extended period. Premium members receive a 15% discount.
Can I rent multiple items at once? +
Yes. You can rent multiple items at the same time. Each item is charged its own rental fee.
Can I cancel the Premium plan anytime? +
Yes, cancel anytime. Your Premium benefits continue until the end of the current billing month.
