Arrival check & usage rules
Verify condition within 24 hours of arrival (used items only)
Compare the approval photos with the item. If you notice any undisclosed damage, contact us with your own photos. After 24 hours, the item is considered to match the approval photos.
Do not remove the protective film
Do not remove our protective film for any reason. Removal is treated as damage and will be charged accordingly.
Before returning
Photograph the item from multiple angles before shipping. Reset any presets or personal data if applicable. Orders ¥3,000 and above include a prepaid label — return shipping is free. Under ¥3,000 and return shipping is at your expense.
Extensions
When you want to extend
You can request an extension anytime from the 'Active Rentals' section in My Account (coming soon). The rental rate at the time of extension applies.
As your return date approaches, contact us early or use the 'Rentals' page in My Account to extend. Rental fees during the extension still count toward your purchase credit.

Returning is simple. Pack the gear in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it at the nearest convenience store (orders ¥3,000+). Home pickup is also available at 0120-01-9625. For orders under ¥3,000, return shipping is at your expense.
